Job Responsibilities
This position is for a part-time (25 hours per week) Career Consultant to assist individuals in exploring their career options, creating achievable goals, and developing strategies to reach their goals. This position will promote career awareness with all students, with a special emphasis on Dual Enrolled students, by providing them with career assessments, tools and resources. This position provides outreach to undecided students and offers support as they utilize resources to make informed career decisions. This position will visit classes to educate students on career exploration, including self-awareness, decision making, career assessments, and other employment related skills. This position also collaborates with county campuses to offer regular outreach to all PTC students and prospects.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Career Services or Student Services.
