Investigates charges and develops all avenues of advocacy necessary to ensure that full due process is afforded the inmate during disciplinary hearings.</li><li>
Interviews witnesses and presents supporting evidence.</li><li>
When security mandates, will be present on the inmate's behalf and safeguards the interests of the inmate during testimony.</li><li>
Establishes good working relationship with institutional staff in order to effectively gather facts relating to inmate disciplinary cases.</li><li><b>
Works at Perry Correctional Institution.

<p>Preferred Skills:</p><ul><li>At least two (2) years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support, preferably within manufacturing and/or production.</li><li>Working knowledge of procurement procedures, contract review, and e-procurement systems.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic document management systems.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across departments.</li><li>Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures accurately.</li><li>Certification such as Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) or similar is desirable.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p>
