We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term strategy of our commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial spaces.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, including renewals and rent collections.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities, financials, and tenant communications.
• Collaborate with leasing agents to market vacant spaces and attract new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and building codes.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• 5-10 Years of proven commercial property management
• Experience with large-scale developments, leasing portfolios, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the real estate development life cycle, property transactions, and investment analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, regulatory frameworks, and commercial leasing practices
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Understanding of lease agreements and property law
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Education & Qualifications

• Valid Driving License
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
