 We&rsquo;re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at Jaidah Square. In this role, you&rsquo;ll monitor financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and ensure accurate reporting for senior management and shareholders. You&rsquo;ll play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping the business make informed decisions and achieve its goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts for IHF business, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and validate presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate financial information and supporting documents before submission for approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate on the annual budgeting process, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing long-term financial plans and validating business case studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare financial reports and documentation required by shareholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and processes to support business quality and efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (preferably with credit/IHF background) OR experience as a Senior Auditor or in a supervisory role in an audit firm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen and understanding of industry context.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in financial software (preferably SAP and SAC) and MS Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of IFRS and basic accounting principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA is required.
 </li>

Finance Analyst

 We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll handle omni-channel customer interactions for both sales and after-sales services. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for lead qualification, appointment booking, service retention, issue resolution, and ensuring a seamless customer journey while maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for sales and after-sales queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify and convert sales leads into showroom appointments, test drives, and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage service bookings by scheduling, confirming, and following up with customers for show-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle roadside assistance calls and assist customers accordingly.
 </li>

 Conduct retention activities to bring back lapsed service customers.

 Ensure high first-call resolution by resolving queries effectively.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 1&ndash;3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or contact center roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and telephony platforms (Genesys) is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of lead qualification and customer engagement techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of service booking management and retention strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with quality assurance standards and compliance protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
 
 English &amp; Arabic
 
 (must).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to improve conversion rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of automotive industry processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 High School diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in customer service or sales training is an advantage.
 </li>
