Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Develop reports and presentations as required by the Manager.
  • Maintain and monitor a calendar of important dates to ensure that complete and up-to-date information is available.
  • Dealing with the management of administrative communications for the process of conservation of sensitive and confidential transactions.
  • Design, organize and implement appropriate filing and record management systems.
  • planning for official events and meetings to provide administrative and logistical support.
  • preparing for meetings by providing documentation, reports, and previous minutes.
  • Schedules internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings.
  • Create reports through Excel.


Requirements


  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business Administrivia a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience,
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
