Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, supporting end-to-end hiring processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR policies are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, absences, bonuses, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
  • Coordinate with finance and administration for HR-related transactions.

Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Assist in manpower planning with department heads and prepare job descriptions.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage sourcing activities.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).
  • Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
