About the Role

Lab 8 is a productized content execution company helping fast-growing US brands scale content through clean systems, high-quality creative, and lean teams. We’re not a traditional agency. We run like a machine.

We’re hiring a Head of Client Success & Delivery to take ownership of everything that happens after a deal is signed. This includes managing clients, leading the internal team, ensuring smooth delivery, and supporting sales by helping close deals and building long-term relationships.

This is a full-time, high-trust role based in Lahore for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position and eventually help run the entire company.

What You’ll Own

Client Success

• Act as the main point of contact for all US-based clients
• Lead onboarding, briefing, weekly updates, and feedback
• Run client calls, write status reports, and manage deliverable approvals
• Keep clients happy and retained by solving issues early and communicating clearly

Delivery Management

• Oversee all client work
• Manage internal team members and freelancers (local and remote)
• Own delivery systems
• Review all deliverables before they go out to ensure quality and consistency

Team Building

• Help recruit, train, and manage a lean delivery team in Lahore and remotely
• Ensure systems and SOPs are followed by all team members
• Set performance expectations and handle accountability
• Maintain a positive, fast-moving, no-drama work environment

Sales Support

• Join the founder on sales calls with potential clients
• Translate conversations into scopes, timelines, and pricing
• Help follow up and close deals professionally and clearly
• Lead onboarding and transition the client into full delivery once closed

Requirements

• Based in Lahore and available to work US EST hours (9 AM to 6 PM EST)
• Experience working with US-based clients in an agency, SaaS, or service business
• 3+ years in a senior account, client success, or project delivery role
• Strong written and spoken English with a native US tone
• Experienced in managing remote teams and creative delivery
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Comfortable being the face of the company with clients
• Wants to commit full-time to one company and grow into a leadership role

Compensation and Growth

• PKR 300,000 to 450,000/month, depending on experience
• Performance bonuses based on client retention, team delivery, and operational quality
• Growth path to become COO within 12 to 18 months
