Title: IT Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects while facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires superior English language skills for effective project communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources across IT initiatives
- Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, taking detailed minutes
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures
- Maintain project management tools and collaboration platforms
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues
- Support change management and stakeholder communications
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning
- Coordinate vendor relationships and deliverables
- Facilitate clear communication across diverse project teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
- Professional English language proficiency demonstrated through:

- Advanced business writing capabilities
- Excellent listening and comprehension abilities
- Experience communicating across different organizational levels
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
