• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using appropriate tools.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide reports to management.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adjust project plans and schedules as needed in response to changing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
