Junior Project Manager

Job Description
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress using appropriate tools.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide reports to management.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adjust project plans and schedules as needed in response to changing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
