Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing/branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Manage the marketing team, guiding members to complete promotional campaigns and projects.
  • Oversee the development and management of marketing channels to ensure advertising effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze market data and trends to formulate marketing plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to drive product sales and brand promotion.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management; team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels and strategies, strong market insight, and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, team management, and project management skills.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and business acumen.
