Comtanix is a fast-growing IT company based in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. We specialize in delivering custom software solutions to clients globally, particularly across the U.S. market. We’re currently hiring a Business Development Officer with excellent verbal and written communication skills to help drive our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition

• Identify potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, AngelList, Apollo, Crunchbase, Upwork, etc.
• Target and close high-value projects ranging from $10k–$25k+.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends.
• Build a strong sales pipeline using cold calling, lead qualification, and virtual presentations.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and nurture relationships with international clients, particularly in the U.S.
• Proactively communicate to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions tailored to client business challenges.

Proposal Development & Documentation

• Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demos.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including:
• SRS (Software Requirements Specification)
• BRD (Business Requirements Document)
• BPR (Business Process Reengineering)
• User Manuals
• Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized software solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for maximum value.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of business development experience in a software house.
• Market Expertise: Strong exposure to international markets, especially the USA.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong understanding of software development services and technologies
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure, independently or within a team
