We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Associate with a strong background in international contract law, SaaS/Fintech regulatory frameworks, and cross-border corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will be a LUMS Law graduate or equivalent, with experience supporting legal functions in a global technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate international SaaS agreements, NDAs, service-level agreements, reseller/distributor contracts, and data protection addendums.
• Manage and advise on cross-border commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with international laws and fintech regulatory standards.
• Provide legal support for Mergers & Acquisitions, due diligence, and post-deal integration activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with global privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Liaise with external counsel in international jurisdictions as needed.
• Support internal departments (Sales, Compliance, Product) on legal matters related to product launches and market expansions.
• Maintain and update internal legal documentation, templates, and contract lifecycle tracking systems.

Requirements:

• LLB from LUMS (preferred) or a recognized top-tier law school.
• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a SaaS/Fintech or multinational tech company.
• Strong command over international contract law, commercial negotiations, and corporate structuring.
• Familiarity with cross-jurisdictional M&A transactions and international regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative tech environment.
