Project Coordinator

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, local contractors, and department head.
- Review and interpret MEP, technical, and executive drawings to guide on-site execution.
- Track project progress and timelines using Microsoft project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel-based trackers).
- Maintain and update project reports and schedules regularly during the work process.
- Identify and address site issues promptly; propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Document all site activities, decisions, and changes, report consistently to direct manager .
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to read and understand MEP, technical, and executive drawings.
- Proficient in using Microsoft project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint).
- Experience in reporting and updating project documentation during execution phases.
- Proven track record in supervising on-site teams and managing contractors effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical qualification or degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
