We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and experienced Female Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-oriented, and passionate about real estate. She should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record in property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and social media.
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes with expert advice and professionalism.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market and latest trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and a solid network of investors and buyers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Handle all documentation and legal processes associated with real estate transactions.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Proven experience in real estate sales in the UAE (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• RERA certification is a plus (or willing to obtain one).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
