Job Description

Brand Ambassador Job description:

  • Engaging with consumers by sharing product information and providing demonstrations.
  • 1000 AED retail product target.
  • Posting about our products/services online, social media and forums.
  • Creating, sharing and responding to online reviews.
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers.
  • Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends.
  • Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
  • Always maintaining a positive image of the brand.
  • Record concerns and feedback from customers and staff.
  • Conduct an Internal Audit in the branch.
  • Ensuring a personable and professional image is maintained.
  • Maintaining and updating daily pricing checks on products, as well as monitoring expiry dates and FIFO policy.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role.
  • Strong social media presence on multiple platforms.
  • Experience creating online content.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional attitude.
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn, openness to new ideas.
  • High school diploma.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
