We're Hiring: Restaurant Manager

What You'll Do:
Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient service during all shifts.
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members across front and back of house.
Foster a positive team culture that promotes accountability, high performance, and great morale.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Manage and monitor inventory levels, ordering, and receiving supplies to minimize waste and control food & beverage costs.
Develop and maintain staff schedules based on forecasted sales and labor targets.
Ensure compliance with all health, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Monitor store performance such as sales, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction.
Drive sales and profitability by identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
Execute marketing promotions and local store events to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the dining and kitchen areas.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to maintain open communication and continuous improvement.
Work closely with ownership or senior leadership to align store performance with overall business goals.
What You Bring:
4 years of experience in a casual dining restaurant
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling tools
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Organize, flexible and willing to travel around the region
