SAP PFF Tolling - Finance Supply Chain Logistics Execution - D2 (Contract)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Consultant with a strong background in US Financials to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting and implementation services in SAP Finance, with a specific focus on Product Costing, Parallel Validation, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other relevant US financial regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Finance modules, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Physical Financial Flow (PFF) / Tolling process - subcontracting, advance intercompany STO, etc. Experience with scenarios like STO, SO, STO Flash, SO flash, SO double flash and Sales. From a Logistics/ OTC perspective.
- Lead and participate in SAP Finance implementation and support projects, focusing on Product Costing (CO-PC), General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Design, configure, and test SAP Product Costing functionalities, including standard costing, cost object controlling, material ledger, and profitability analysis.
- Implement and manage Parallel Validation processes within SAP Finance to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different accounting principles (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP).
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of US financial accounting principles (US GAAP) and their application within the SAP environment.
- Configure and support SAP functionalities related to US-specific financial requirements, including tax regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from US-based stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs within SAP Finance.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and test scripts.
- Perform system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Finance issues related to Product Costing, Parallel Validation, and US Financials.
- Collaborate effectively with other SAP functional and technical teams, as well as business users, to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance functionalities, industry best practices, and changes in US financial regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP Finance processes and enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant, with a strong focus on Product Costing and Parallel Validation.
- Proven experience working with US Financials and a deep understanding of US GAAP.
- Strong configuration and implementation experience in the following SAP modules:
- Product Costing (CO-PC): Standard Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- General Ledger (FI-GL): Chart of Accounts, Posting Keys, Document Types, Reporting.
- Accounts Payable (FI-AP): Vendor Master, Invoice Processing, Payment Runs.
- Accounts Receivable (FI-AR): Customer Master, Order to Cash Process, Dunning.
- Asset Accounting (FI-AA): Asset Master, Depreciation, Asset Acquisitions and Disposals.
- Controlling (CO): Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders.
- Experience in configuring and implementing Parallel Validation processes within SAP.
- Solid understanding of integration points between SAP Finance and other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a1 team.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.48/hour - $86.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
