  • ServiceNow Developer Design configure and customize ServiceNow platform for Daimler in one or more of the following modules
  • ITSM and ITOM, Service Request Management, Integrations Custom reporting, Customer Service Management, Service Portal
  • Experience in working in an agile environment following agile practices Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • At done 1-2 projects in CSM/ FSM / HRSD / TSM / TSOM / Retail Core / S2P modules.
  • Skilled in Customer portal / Employee center portal features implementation
  • Hands-on experience in case management workflows
  • Knowledge of usage on AI search / predictive intelligence GenAI features
  • Handson in latest gen UX / UI features
  • can develop custom and OOB widgets
  • building and configuring mobile apps in Servicenow
  • Integration skills with hands-on rest Api development work
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Primary Skills

  • Experience in set up of ServiceNow integration LDAP SSO Email etc
  • Experience in gathering requirements and implementing them
  • Experience in writing test cases automated tests in ServiceNow Modify Add Change Forms Fields UI Actions Administrative aspects of ServiceNow would be an added advantage
