Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant – Odoo

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP,

software development lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for end-to-end requirement analysis, managing the development process, optimizing

code quality and performance, and ensuring smooth system integrations. This role requires both

technical acumen and strong functional understanding to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to capture and document requirements.
• Analyze functional needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Propose feasible solutions aligning with business goals and technical architecture.

Development Cycle Management

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing,
• and deployment.
• Work closely with Odoo ERP Implementation vendor to ensure timely and quality
• implementation of modules.
• Track and manage change requests, bugs, and improvement logs.

Code Reviews for customization & Performance Optimization

• Conduct and enforce code reviews, adhering to best practices and coding standards for any
• customizations.
• Identify and implement improvements in code quality, logic efficiency, and system performance.
• Support the team in debugging and resolving complex technical issues.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Act as a bridge between business and Odoo Implementor teams.
• Ensure consistent communication and progress tracking across all teams.
• Coordinate and drive integration between Odoo and other internal and external systems.

Odoo Server Management & Configuration

• Manage Odoo server deployments, configurations, and performance monitoring.
• Schedule and automate backup, patching, and upgrade processes.
• Troubleshoot server and deployment issues with minimal downtime.

Team Environment & Culture

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
• Mentor junior team members and encourage continuous learning.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and a shared vision within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar techno-functional role, ideally with Odoo ERP.
• Minimum two complete ERP lifecycle implementations.
