We're Hiring: Training Partner - Customer Experience

Are you passionate about empowering people and enhancing customer service excellence? We’re looking for a Training Partner- Customer Experience to shape the learning journey for our customer service teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging training sessions that equip teams with business knowledge, process expertise, and essential service skills
  • Design and develop innovative learning content and training materials
  • Lead onboarding programs and upskilling workshops for new and existing employees
  • Track training performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement
  • Localize and update materials to support regional and business line needs
  • Be the go-to expert supporting frontline staff with real-time questions and challenges
  • Analyze training metrics (pass rates, satisfaction, etc.) to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across teams including Ops, QA, and HR to implement impactful training projects
  • Champion our service standards and elevate team consistency and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Proven experience in customer service or training functions
  • Strong communication, presentation & organizational skills
  • Fluency in Arabic & English/ Chinese + Arabic
  • Familiarity with customer service processes and cross-cultural collaboration
