Your Role

  • Install and configure IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) across various environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Deploy enterprise applications (EAR, WAR, JAR files) using WebSphere Admin Console or scripting tools like wsadmin.
  • Handle incident and problem management processes, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Knowledge Management.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventive measures.

Your Profile

  • 4 to12 years of experience in WebSphere Administration
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues on platforms using WebSphere, UNIX, and SQL.
  • Perform WebSphere administration tasks including deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Monitor and maintain application health, ensuring high availability and performance.
