Your Role

Director Sales & Marketing to lead Sales & Marketing department.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and building strong client relationships for our 4-star hotel in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across all segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, Online, Travel Trade).
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and brand positioning.
• Manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online travel platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and forecasting.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all operational departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive Sales & Marketing experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong network within corporate, government, and travel trade sectors.
• Proficient in revenue management, digital marketing, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
