About the Role

The Assistant, HR Operations Transactions plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and exceptional employee experience. As a key member of the Global HR Operations team, this individual will provide comprehensive HR administrative and transactional support to the UFC and PBR employee population. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process all employee lifecycle events—including new hires, job changes, compensation adjustments, and terminations—within Workday (HRIS) for assigned client groups.

Partner with the U.S. recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding tasks and data entry in Workday.

Draft and issue offer letters, promotion letters, and other employment-related documents. Ensure all documentation is properly scanned and stored in Workday.

Track onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and coordinate with IT and Facilities to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment, workspace, and access.

Liaise with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data sharing for payroll processing and reporting.

Assist with HR projects including systems integrations, data audits, and process improvements aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

Generate basic HR reports and maintain organizational charts for business units.

Manage hourly employee timesheets, review for accuracy, and maintain up-to-date time-off balances.

Conduct regular audits in Workday to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Support additional HR initiatives and perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive learner with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across teams.
