Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or enterprise architecture
• Skilled in business architecture design within financial services
• In-depth knowledge of BPMN and architecture modeling tools
• Proven experience with core financial services functions and transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with leading business process improvement initiatives in large organizations

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, or any other relevant field.
• Preferred certifications in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related fields
