
We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA and UK based project.
Candidates must having packaging experience.
Brief Job description is as follows:
Managing incoming calls, chats and emails.
Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails.
Making sure every inquiry is catered to properly; working in supervision of the sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotations in time.
Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
Coordinating with the design team to make artwork changes requested by customer.
Coordinating with shipping team to make sure the customer receives his/her job on time.
NOTE:
Job timing is 8 Pm to 5 Am with Saturday and Sunday off.
Candidates must have fluency in spoken and written English.
Mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the USA/UK packaging industry.
