We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Google &amp; Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and scaling high-performing campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) Ads</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis</li><li>Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS</li><li>Manage budgets and allocate spending efficiently</li><li>Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking</li><li>Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages</li><li>Generate weekly and monthly performance reports</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and content teams</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in Google &amp; Meta Ads</li><li>Strong understanding of PPC, display, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics &amp; conversion tracking</li><li>Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting strategies</li><li>Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Marketing/Business preferred)</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with international markets (UK/US/UAE preferred)</li><li>Landing page optimization knowledge</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO</li><li>Familiarity with CRM integrations</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Performance-Based Incentives</li><li>Growth Opportunities</li><li>Professional Working Environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
