As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include assisting with data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across various functions. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and consistency
• Clean and preprocess data for analysis and reporting purposes
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain routine reports and dashboards to support business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide timely data support
• Assist in the preparation of data visualizations and presentations for stakeholders
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security
• Support senior analysts and data scientists with ad-hoc data tasks and projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in a data analyst or related role (internships count)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication skills to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
