Job Description

Job Purpose:

The specific duties of an Operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. This position is charged with achieving targeted sales, profitability, customer service, and market share goals, while protecting the long-term success and integrity of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Strategy

  • Execute strategies to increase sales, optimize costs, and grow market share.
  • Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and superior guest experience.
  • Analyze financials and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

People & Culture

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team with an ownership mindset.
  • Attract, train, and retain top talent aligned with Pizza Hut’s values of passion, teamwork, and fun.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and respect, while celebrating wins along the way.
  • Act as a mentor and build succession plans for future leaders.

Customer Focus & Brand Growth

  • Role model guest-obsessed behavior, ensuring customers experience Pizza Hut’s signature warmth, service, and hospitality.
  • Implement innovative promotions, products, and experiences that delight customers and reflect their evolving needs.
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the guest journey.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation in line with the annual operating plan.
  • Drive labor productivity, optimize scheduling, and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that balance cost and customer value.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Ensure clear, timely communication of goals, updates, and successes across teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with Operations Director, COO, and other departments to achieve shared objectives.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred


Experience :

  • Min 12+ years’ experience in Restaurants Operations.
  • UAE Experience mandatory


Knowledge:

  • Having a broad and extensive knowledge of Restaurants Operations and Ability to lead several operating regions.
