 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The maintenance technician is responsible for carrying out Corrective, Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance of Assets in all Restaurants, Offices and Commissaries, owned/leased etc. by Americana Restaurants in Qatar. The Technician will have to look after Hard &amp; Soft services for example MEP, Kitchen equipment, Hood servicing (monitoring), Fire protection System (Monitoring) etc. and to ensure all the locations occupied by Americana Group are efficiently maintained in a cost-effective manner and implement Americana Standard &amp; Values.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Skillsets/Prerequisites
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of various types of kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, broilers, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems, and their components, functions, and maintenance requirement will be added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qatar Driving License &ndash; Mandatory
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reactive Compliant / PPM : Response Time : As per SLA (4,12,72 etc. hours).
 </li>
 <li>
 Spare gathering: within 24 hours. Work quality: As per Americana Standard.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring PO Jobs: As per PO terms, Mall / Brand Coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planned Preventive Maintenance: Monitor external vendor and /or perform Planned Preventive Maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Corrective Maintenance: Visit each store at least once monthly and conducted store inspection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cost saving: Minimize the jobs from external vendors by rectifying them himself. Ensure the spares are not replaced unless necessary. Advises supervisor regarding major repairs/ changes required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Growth and Customer Focus: Work towards improving customer satisfaction on daily tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Personal growth: improve skills &amp; efficiency by attending courses
 </li>

 Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical Diploma preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5 &ndash; 7 years in facilities, restaurant and general maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands &ndash; on experience MEP and HVAC systems, plus have a very good knowledge of Qatar market in terms of parts availability, authority regulations, malls/landlord requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Abilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 IT Skills: Good knowledge of using Field Management System, MS Office Skills and able to use phone/Computer
 </li>
 <li>
 Language skills: Must be able to communicate in English, Arabic is a plus, good written and oral capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Qatar driving license is a must

 Channel Performance &amp; Aggregator Growth

 Develop and execute long-term and monthly visibility plans with aggregator platforms to drive sales growth.

 Monitor and analyze channel-wise performance (delivery, dine-in, takeaway, aggregators) to identify growth opportunities, leveraging strong channel management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with aggregators to optimize visibility, promotions, and campaigns tailored to KFC&rsquo;s target audience, ensuring customer-centric campaign execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align marketing initiatives with aggregator-specific strategies to maximize ROI.

 Operational Excellence

 Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Revenue Management, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans, fostering team collaboration and alignment.

 </li>

 Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers to deliver effective, timely campaigns.

 4&ndash;6 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or agency environments, with prior brand management experience strongly preferred.

 Proven expertise in working with aggregator platforms and managing channel-specific growth strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regional exposure or familiarity with the GCC/MENA market is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze and optimize channel-wise performance, including aggregators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, CRM tools, and social media campaign development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset with a track record of delivering engaging, customer-centric content.
