<ul><li>Minimum of 8 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes; preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience
</li><li>Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects
</li><li>Experienced user of Primavera P6, and MS Office
</li><li>Sound knowledge of planning and scheduling of roads and infrastructure projects
</li><li>Sound knowledge of different contract forms, e.g. FIDIC
</li><li>Experience in working on latest planning tools and techniques
</li><li>Experience in risk management tools and techniques, e.g. predict
</li><li>Experience of working with consultant or client organisations.
</li><li>Sound Knowledge of Extension of Time Claim analysis.
</li><li>Experience of working in GCC Countries especially in Qatar.
</li><li>University degree from a recognised university in Engineering or equivalent
</li><li>Driver's Licence
</li><li>Arabic language skills
