The Role
Position Title: Supply Chain Coordinator - Warehouse Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 11K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A global supplier of sustainable aluminum window, door, and façade systems in Sharjah. Job Description: • Handled import/export documentation, customs clearance, and coordinated with transporters for timely deliveries. • Supervised loading/unloading, ensured proper material handling, and supported warehouse stock updates. • Managed compliance tasks including FANR, SAIF Gate Passes, and deposit/exemption paperwork. • Resolved issues like shortages or damages and coordinated with teams on delivery and invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field • Minimum 4 years' experience, preferably in aluminum within GCC is required • Skilled in import/export docs, customs, and warehouse processes. • UAE driving license required.
