RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making Sales while providing information about our products and services.
• Providing exceptional customer service while assisting with customer retention.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-pace sales driven environment
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
