Role Description:
We are seeking a **driven, customer-focused, and personable Insurance Account Representative** to join our team. This position plays a vital role in identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and supporting our agency’s growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Educate customers on coverage options, policy features, and comprehensive protection
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service for policy inquiries, billing, claims, and more
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to meeting team sales goals
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to promote insurance products and services
