We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, along with the ability to manage financial records and prepare reports. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing analysis of variances.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal taxation regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and reports as required.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for enhancing financial performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2- 3 years of accounting experience.
• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial individuals effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
