Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence.
• Maintain and update company databases and records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Liaise with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Manage schedules and calendars for executives or team members including setting up appointments and reminders.
- Facilitate communication between departments to improve workflow and collaborations.
- Conduct research as needed to support projects and imitates.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English
