We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, assist in strategic tasks, and keep things running like clockwork.

Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting executive and operational functions, managing day-to-day admin tasks, coordinating across departments, and helping implement processes and systems that drive efficiency. This person must be highly organized, quick-thinking, and capable of handling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling, documentation, filing, and coordination.
  • Assist with real estate documentation: tenancy contracts, property listings, client follow-ups, DLD and municipality paperwork.
  • Support the CEO and executive team with calendar management, travel coordination, and internal communications.
  • Take meeting notes, prepare summaries, and follow up on tasks with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, suppliers, and partners professionally and efficiently.
  • Track project progress and ensure timelines are met for investment, real estate, and construction activities.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, letters, and internal documents as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, invoices, petty cash, and other operational logistics.
  • Provide general support to the marketing, sales, HR, and operations teams when needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role (real estate or investment industry is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools like Google Drive, Trello, Notion, etc.
  • Self-starter with a “get it done” attitude—willing to work hard, learn fast, and take initiative.
  • Multitasking pro who can juggle multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail.
  • Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
  • Available to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
