
Responsibilities:
· Manage obligations to third-party vendors
· Process bank deposits
· Reconcile financial statements in coordination with Account & Finance team
· Handle Accounts Receivable, including generating invoices, tracking incoming payments, and following up with clients for timely collections.
· Submit tax forms with coordination with Accounts team
· Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
· Handling overall company expenses
.Coordinate with HR to support onboarding process
.Act as a secretary to manage & organize CEO schedule
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
· knowledge of Excel
· Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
