Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Appian Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using the Appian low-code automation platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Appian BPM, process modeling, integrations, and automation, with a strong understanding of business workflows and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using Appian BPM platform.
• Lead Appian solution architecture, including process models, rules, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for Appian development, including performance optimization and security.

• Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Appian development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, CDT, Records, Reports, and Process Models.
• Experience with Appian RPA, AI integrations, and BPMN modeling.
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
