Taking total responsibility for the overall livestock management and surveillance. It is essential to have the correct Fish experts at hand to ensure the safety of the fish.

• Comprehensive care, and reporting of livestock including:
• developing correct feeding strategies, including underwater feeding, and ensuring all animals are
• nurtured based on their needs.
• healthcare of animals, including disease identification & management, as well as administration of chemotherapeutics.
• micro-ecosystem management - ensuring that all animals in our care are monitored and looked after.
• Fish disease management - ensuring strict biosecurity that matches the Hospital’s requirements.
• Guarantee the replacement of any loss of species that dies (not eaten) in our care.
• Provide emergency operations, food preparation, and distribution to the livestock and direct feed all species based on the aquatic recommendation.
• Specialist aquatic water body management, cleaning, safe disinfection, and maintenance. Ensuring water quality parameters are within their range. Especially salinity, ORP management, Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate levels, pH management, and dissolved oxygen.
• Utility management, servicing, and operations, including specialist Life Support systems, energy requirements, and livestock waste management.
• HSE Management, reporting, and assessment for the activities related to livestock and aquatic water body maintenance as a whole including the livestock, staff, and visitors, and assurance of public safety.
• Coordination with the facility commercial operator and interface management.
• Proper management of all emergency conditions related to the livestock.
• Perform annual performance appraisal, development review, evaluation, and generating executive
• reporting related to livestock status.
• Supply of food, nutrition, and chemicals.
• Providing an external quarantine facility (if needed) with the required transportation.
• Supply of fish medicine, supplements, minerals under the veterinarian advise.
• Conducting water testing including but not limited to Water biological content testing, water characteristic testing, and any other tests that are required to assure the welfare of the livestock.
• Perform Necropsies, prophylactic treatments, and Disease control and treatment.
• Issuing periodical biological reports reflecting the general status of the livestock and the recommendation for continuous welfare.
