Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and fast food. The role involves managing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving business performance in Djibouti.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple QSR and fast food restaurants
• Maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
• Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and staff
• Monitor inventory, staffing, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Must be willing to relocate to Djibouti

Requirements:

• Strong experience in the QSR or fast food industry
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple locations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and solve operational issues
• Willingness to relocate to Djibouti
