JOB SCOPE: Directs the overall operation of the group, to make sure the management of the hotel maximizes performance, profitability, and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and monitor the performance of financial and operational plans that support the overall objectives of the company.- In coordination with the hotel GMs, check and verifies the annual budget and business plan of the hotel, and makes a recommendation for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and ensure brand loyalty.- Check and verify the delivery of superior guest services at the hotel- Ensures that product quality and service standards are met and all areas of the hotel as pertains to physical appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness.- Ensures the development and execution of marketing plans, and revenue and yield management plans of the hotel to maximize revenue generation, RevPAR, and occupancy levels.- To follow up on the progress of the Laundry Project and make sure it is being completed on deadlines.- To follow up on the contractor&rsquo;s snag list and make sure it is completed with the coordination of the hotel.- To check the staff accommodation status and to make sure it is being maintained in good condition.- To reorganize the administration and workflow in the Hotel Company.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related study- Active operation and ability to manage on-call and emergencies from anywhere outside of standard work hours- Unwavering commitment to community, moral standing, and values a must- Exhibit excellent and foster customer service and team attitude- Awareness and understanding of the community in which you live and work- 10 years&rsquo; experience with 5 years of experience as a Manager operating a Service Hotel, Resort, Condo, Apartment, or similar property with the complexity of multiple departments, grounds, and facilities in a related industry- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities- Talent for networking and relationship-buildingIf you possess the skills, drive, and passion for the Hotel General Manager position as described and hold a passion for the travel, lodging, and hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD20,000.000 per month
