Middle Eastern Cook

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Middle Eastern Cook to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic Middle Eastern dishes and a passion for high-quality food and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Middle Eastern dishes (grills, mezze, rice, etc.)
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Monitor food stock and assist with inventory control
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Middle Eastern Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional recipes and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD280.000 per month
