Cook (Italian Cuisine)

As a Cook, you will support the kitchen team in preparing authentic Italian cuisine under the guidance of senior chefs. This entry-level role is ideal for passionate culinary professionals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ingredient preparation: Portion, chop, wash, and store fresh produce, meats, and seafood.
• Cooking support: Assist in preparing pasta, sauces, pizzas, and other Italian dishes following recipes and standards.
• Kitchen operations: Operate ovens, grills, fryers, and stoves safely and efficiently.
• Food quality: Monitor taste, texture, and presentation to meet restaurant standards.
• Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Team collaboration: Support Commis II, Commis I, and CDP chefs in daily operations.
• Safety compliance: Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
