Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of clinical departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
• Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics and outcomes.
• Provide leadership and support to medical staff and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.
• Support innovation in clinical practices and the integration of evidence-based medicine.
• Represent the medical team in administrative meetings and external stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications:

• MBBS with Valid PMDC license.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and medical ethics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
