Responsibilities:<ul><li>Issuance of Hospital Items as per approved requests.</li><li>Receiving of Items as per Delivery Challan (DC) &amp; Purchase Order (PO).</li><li>Expiry Monitoring: Check expiry dates while receiving items.</li><li>Quality Check: Ensure proper checking of items during both issuance and receiving.</li><li>Stock Management: Monitor stock in &amp; out movements and maintain accurate inventory records.</li><li>Purchase Requests: Prepare purchase requests for the Procurement Department.</li><li>Dead Stock Reporting: Maintain and report dead stock on a monthly basis.</li><li>Near Expiry Record: Keep track of near-expiry items and take necessary action.</li><li>Shelving of Items: Organize and arrange inventory as per the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) method to prevent wastage.</li><li>Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any additional tasks or instructions given by the Manager as required.</li></ul>Requirement: <ul><li>Minimum qualification: Graduate</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Management, specifically within the Hospital industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Inventory Officer

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees</li><li>Conduct initial interviews, issue appointment letters, and handle onboarding</li><li>Keeps proper track record of existing and required manpower by maintaining database.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel records and files of all staff.</li><li>Orients new employees to programs, facilities, rules on time and attendance, and leave policies.</li><li>Prepare HR-related letters, memos and circulars for staff and management.</li><li>Deals with day to day affairs of different HR issues.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a Hospital setup</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR process</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
