Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees</li><li>Conduct initial interviews, issue appointment letters, and handle onboarding</li><li>Keeps proper track record of existing and required manpower by maintaining database.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel records and files of all staff.</li><li>Orients new employees to programs, facilities, rules on time and attendance, and leave policies.</li><li>Prepare HR-related letters, memos and circulars for staff and management.</li><li>Deals with day to day affairs of different HR issues.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent</li><li>1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a Hospital setup</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR process</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
