Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Conduct initial interviews, issue appointment letters, and handle onboarding
- Keeps proper track record of existing and required manpower by maintaining database.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel records and files of all staff.
- Orients new employees to programs, facilities, rules on time and attendance, and leave policies.
- Prepare HR-related letters, memos and circulars for staff and management.
- Deals with day to day affairs of different HR issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a Hospital setup
- Strong knowledge of HR process
- Good communication skills
