Requirements:

• Female / Male
• Graduate or Masters
• 3+ Year relevant HR Experience in Hiring & Talent Acquisition of Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Digital Media and AI Staff.
• Advance Level Command of LinkedIn, indeed, Other Job Portals
• Good Command on using AI Tools and Social Media
• Able to work under pressure and can sit late to achieve hiring targets.
• Excellent in Follow up and Communication Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Hiring and Talent Acquisition for our group of companies
• Processing of documents, offer letters, communication with candidates

Package:

• Performance Based Remuneration based on per Candidate Hiring and Retention.

Important:

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
