
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the collection, distribution, and storage of hospital linen.
- Maintain linen inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with laundry services for timely washing, delivery, and replacement of linen.
- Monitor linen quality and report damaged, stained, or missing items.
- Ensure proper segregation and handling of clean and soiled linen.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, laundry, or inventory management role preferred.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of linen management and inventory control procedures.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Understanding of hospital hygiene and infection prevention practices.
