
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Assistant Creative Manager to join our team. This role blends creativity with project management — ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design, loves brainstorming fresh ideas, and knows how to manage creative workflows from concept to delivery. You will work on a variety of projects, including branding, social media content, marketing materials, presentations, digital campaigns, and content production across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement campaign concepts, visual directions, and brand storytelling strategies.
- Create high-quality visual content for digital and print channels, including social media posts, brochures, emailers, ads, presentations, and more.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Manage day-to-day creative workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on brand.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, moodboarding, and campaign ideation.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on visual and written assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints (digital, print, social, video, events, etc.).
- Assist in managing the creative calendar, production timelines, and internal approvals.
- Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and best practices.
- Source inspiration, market trends, and references to keep creative work fresh and competitive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
