Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitment within the IT industry, along with expertise in HRM software and advanced sourcing platforms. This role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Manage and oversee employee benefits programs and ensure efficient benefits administration.
  • Oversee HR operations such as payroll, attendance, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee data using HRM tools like Odoo, PayPeople, or similar systems.
  • Support in performance management processes, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and strategic recruitment initiatives.
  • Identify and drive process improvements for operational efficiency within the HR department.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on operations and recruitment.
  • Expertise in using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and other recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in HRM software such as Odoo, PayPeople, or similar systems.
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new HR technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
